Identified the requirement and Proposed Six Sigma project 'Bradley University Data Squad' to make interactive web based database tool which is useful in creating and maintaining University student data records.
• Studied DMAIC approach of Six Sigma to propose database systems design to improve better collaboration resulting waste control management.
• Developed Project Charter, Control Plan and documented the process using SIPOC and Process Map.
• Performed Cost benefit Analysis using Excel Pivot Tables and Minitab for Profit/Loss analysis.
